This policy explains what data CMeIn collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
The reference photos you upload, the photos generated from them, your account details, and usage analytics. To generate an image, your references and prompt are sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI or OpenAI as processors — both contractually bound not to train on that data. CMeIn does not sell your data and does not train models on your uploads or your generated images.
Access, correction, export and deletion, under GDPR and CCPA. Account deletion is self-service and removes the generated photos with it.
