Refund policy for CMeIn credit purchases. Eligibility, time limits, and the process to request a refund.
Paid credits you haven't spent are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a generation are not, because the AI compute is non-recoverable once the request is sent. Bonus and promotional credits have no cash value.
Use the in-app Support panel (Account -> Support -> open a ticket), or email support@cmein.com with your account address and the order ID. Refunds go back to the original provider: Tranzila for web purchases, Apple or Google for in-app ones. If a generated photo came out badly, the remedy is a retry credit rather than cash — ask for it the same way.
